Hi, I’m Chuck Townsend.
I have been investing in real estate since 1976, inspired by a paperback by William Nickerson, “How I Turned $1,000 into a Million in Real Estate in My Spare Time.” It worked for me – but not without a few twists and turns and mistakes along the way. I have been an investor, real estate broker, mortgage broker, developer (residential, commercial and land), landlord, and flipper.
Starting in 2010, my sole focus in real estate has been private lending. Based on my experience, I can often provide advice as well as money. I want to help people be successful; not help them get into a situation that they will regret.
